Terms of Use
Effective October 13, 2026
Premarket Radar is a private research utility operated by u/Annual_Equipment_370. By using the app or its output, you agree to these terms.
Research only
The app summarizes public information and produces market-research inferences. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, or order-execution service. You remain responsible for verifying sources and making your own decisions.
No guarantee
Market data, Reddit content, source availability, automated classifications, and generated analysis may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. No representation is made that a digest is comprehensive or that any thesis, trade idea, price, sentiment label, or forecast will be correct or profitable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to harass or profile Reddit users, reconstruct deleted content, bypass Reddit controls, create a general Reddit API proxy, manipulate a market, violate another service's terms, or break applicable law. Access tokens and private reports must not be shared without the operator's permission.
Third-party services
The app depends on Reddit, Devvit, market-data and news sources, OpenClaw, Telegram, and potentially approved model providers. Their own terms and availability apply. Premarket Radar is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Reddit or any issuer discussed in a report.
Availability and changes
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, including to comply with platform policy or protect data and credentials.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and its output are provided as-is and without warranties. The operator is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, service interruptions, or decisions made from the app's output.
